we have a strong belief in community ethos and being socially responsible. We are aware that we cannot be carbon neutral due to the need to drive deliveries, and use considerable power to run our equipment but this doesn't stop us doing the best we can as you can see below.
What are Social Responsibilities?
Corporate social responsibility is a concept whereby organisations consider the interests of society by taking responsibility for the impact of their activities on communities and other stakeholders, as well as the environment.
Price Promise
We respect our customers and encourage feedback. We also guarantee that we will beat any other quote you find for the same/equivalent services being offered.
Insurances
Why deal with a business that does not provide the proper cover? We carry equipment insurance, £5million Public Liability Insurance, £5million Product's Liability Insurance, £10million of Employers Liability Insurance, £30,000 worth of hired-in equipment insurance (for those massive events that need even more).
Staff Respect
Why as a customer would you want to rely on someone to run your show who is disgruntled with their job and is not entirely focused, or properly trained?
You wouldn't. That's why we encourage staff participation in decision making - they have a say in what sort of equipment is bought and in any policies developed. We also encourage staff to undertake training as much as possible, whilst we provide in house monitoring of performance and development we also ensure that we are completely up to scratch with laws and safety regulations by subscribing to leading organisations.
Power Consumption
We make use of our LED technology wherever appropriate as this consumes much less power also, saving you or your venue money, and reducing the amount of carbon created.
Child Protection
Respecting our customers is paramount, ensuring people's safety at all times is paramount, so is ensuring children & young people's safety. All staff are enhanced CRB cleared, we have a strict child protection policy in place, and senior team members have undertaken SAFE (child protection) training. You may request a copy of our protection policy or download it from the downloads section.
Community Development
We are a sponsor to the
Bury St Edmunds Youth Council, providing discount and added value services to them for events, as well as support in the event management / co-ordination dealing with those pesky risk assessments and logistics. We are also an
Arts Award Welcome centre - read more

Local Economy
We support local trade by holding our board meetings in local venues that provide comfort for all attending and supports the local economy.
Moreover, we believe in trading fairly. We see no benefit in charging for services not delivered, or delivered sub standard. All our work is of the highest quality, our equipment is well maintained and replaced when needed.
Suppliers & Customers
We always pay our suppliers on time, knowing their cash flow is as important as ours, and this is what gets us the great deals, the benefits of which we can pass on to you, the customer. We also give our customers a reasonable credit term, account customers get longer, and everyone is judged on the amount owed to us, and their payment history with us. We make it as easy as possible to pay, with most paying by cheque or BACS.
